From Raw Material, We Produce High Quality Bags In Our Factory

From harvesting raw jute and processing the fibers to spinning, weaving, and crafting the final bag, all stages are handled in-house at our factory. We use advanced machinery alongside traditional techniques to weave the jute into strong, versatile fabric, and incorporate custom designs through printing and embroidery. Our factory is dedicated to producing bags that are not only environmentally sustainable but also reliable for everyday use.

Collecting High Graded Jute From Farmers

The first step in the jute bag production process begins with harvesting jute fibers. Jute is a plant grown primarily in warm, humid climates like Bangladesh and India. The plant is harvested after 4-6 months, when it reaches its peak maturity. The stalks are then cut and soaked in water to soften the fibers, making them easier to separate

Yarn Processing With Spinning Technology

Before making exact jute goods, it needs to process with making the
perfect yarn. Jute fibre is used for sacking, burlap and twines and spinning
is the first step of jute yarn processing. The long jute fibres are fed on the
machine by spinning rollers, Gripping and beating the fibres by the fluted
rollers and then the yarn is absolutely ready to make the perfect goods.

Weaving the Fabric, Cutting and Shaping

The spun jute yarn is woven into fabric using a loom. The weave can vary depending on the intended use of the jute, such as for making bags, mats, or other products. Once the fabric is woven, it is cut into the required sizes for the bags.

Finishing and Quality Control

After the bags are assembled and printed, they undergo a finishing process, which may include trimming, ironing, or adding additional elements such as linings or reinforcements. Finally, quality control checks are performed to ensure that each bag meets the necessary durability and design standards.
